Emerald Valley is hidden water in a power plant in Piti, a village located on the western shore of the island of Guam. The town contains the commercial port of Guam at Apra Harbor and several of the island’s largest power plants.
It offers a short but narrow walk through the waterway stretching to the Philippine Sea. It lies between two land masses filled with lush green jungle and boulders along the coast. As you walk alongside, a crystal clear view of the ocean floor, filled with many fish, a few water snakes, and a lot of sea urchins.
